BAGH now includes a real-time chat option for account support, providing quicker responses to common questions and technical concerns. The chat is available through the dashboard and works across desktop and mobile devices.

This new feature is designed for general inquiries like account access issues, transaction statuses, and technical errors. It complements existing email and helpdesk support channels.

Agents are available during extended hours, and messages outside operating times are queued with expected response schedules. The chat tool is part of BAGH’s aim to improve assistance access for users.

A searchable archive of previous chat transcripts is also saved under each user’s support history for reference.
